Kill The Silence

The 5 Minute Task Initiation System (For When Your Brain Won't Let You Start)

The exact framework I use to start tasks when ADHD paralysis hits. No motivation required.

Here’s the ADHD problem nobody talks about correctly.

You know what you need to do. The task is clear. You have time. You have the ability.

And you still can’t fucking start.

You sit there. You stare at the screen. You refresh email. You check your phone. You get water. You come back. Still can’t start.

It’s not laziness. It’s not lack of discipline. It’s task initiation failure.

Your prefrontal cortex, the part of your brain that says “okay, now we’re doing this thing,” doesn’t fire right with ADHD. The bridge between knowing what to do and actually doing it is broken.

Motivation doesn’t fix this. Willpower doesn’t fix this. “Just start” doesn’t fix this.

You need a system that bypasses the broken part.

This is mine. I use it every single day. It’s how I hit $21M in sales with a brain that fights me constantly.
