‘One pain is temporary. The other will eat you alive’ so powerful. Thank you, it’s been an honour to read this and had this been a couple of years ago I feel it would have guided me to what I chose sooner. I felt every word and appreciate you 🫶🏼
This quote really struck a chord with me: “Grieve the potential, not just the person.” It beautifully captures the profound complexity of loss, acknowledging not only the absence of someone, but also the unfulfilled possibilities and dreams that go with them. Thanks for sharing!
Wow! This really strips away all the noise and gets to the heart of the matter. I love that you acknowledge that you can stay or you can go, but either way there will be pain. I think so many good into the hope of what could be that it IS hard to decide to breaks those break those and leave! 💙
This is so good and deep. And so true. You have to choose yourself, because they don't choose you. You have to believe that trauma can be healed. Thank you for this
That in-between space, where love and pain blur, is rarely acknowledged, let alone clearly articulated. Thank you for putting words to what so many silently carry.
Regulate before you negotiate is so important! I’m practicing this in my own life. I do some yoga, walk, or journal to decompress before addressing emotional conversations. Thank you for sharing :)
This one actually brought fresh, stinging tears to my eyes. I’m not sure how you popped up on my feed but I’m effing glad you did.
